What’s Included in Annual Bleacher Maintenance

Inspection
Full inspection of all components. Seats, frames, aisle ways, steps, welds, wheels, motors, drive system, supports, decking, anchoring, hand rails, end rails, front rails and ADA systems.

Operation
Bleachers are fully extended and retracted to evaluate operation, alignment, and movement. Adjustments are made to ensure smooth, safe, and consistent function.

Lubrication
We apply drip-less white lithium grease to all moving parts and steel-to-steel contact points to reduce friction and ensure smooth operation.

Hardware
We Inspect all hardware; tighten loose components and replace any missing fasteners.

Priority Repair
Clients enrolled in annual maintenance receive priority scheduling for emergency repairs, minimizing downtime and keeping your facility operational.
